About Purific
Purific is an Australian brand which designs, manufactures, and installs ultrapure water purification systems for laboratories. Purific systems are known for their reliability and quality, and our focus is on building the most reliable, compact, and intuitive ultrapure water purification system available to laboratories.
Purific serves clients ranging from government departments, and private pathology, to private hospitals. We are experiencing rapid growth.
About the role
To better service our existing clientele nationally, and to step up the development of national market space, we are actively recruiting a high caliber results driven candidate based out of our Moss Vale location who will energetically manage Sales & Business Development.
Initially, comprehensive training will be provided, and our experienced team will collaborate and provide on-going support to ensure that the best possible results are achieved for both Purific and the successful candidate.
About You
The successful candidate needs to be willing to learn, or preferably have demonstrated experience, competencies, and skills in:
• Ability to build trust and relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Be a decision maker that takes responsibility for the outcomes.
• Possess important business rationale and ability to understand customer needs.
• Already possess or have ability to gain a comprehensive understanding of the ultrapure water purification market.
• Have knowledge of various trades with a view to understanding their role in the design and fulfilment of the clients’ needs.
• An appreciation of, and keen eye for detail with a logical approach to problem solving and an ability to challenge the status quo.
• Come forward with ideas for continuous improvement and training.
• Bring energy and fearlessness. Willing to go above and beyond to get the best outcome for all stakeholders.

Who you are

You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to present to groups. Also required is an ability to work independently or as part of a team, and exceptional planning and organizational skills.
Your strong computer literacy with a working knowledge of MS Office, excel and superior customer service skills are pivotal to the success of Purific, therefore we expect our new team member to be customer focused, self-motivated and enjoy working in a team environment.
A valid driver’s license is essential.
