We Build It Ourselves
Across our facilities, we have a combined 2,400 m² of manufacturing space, handling everything in house: CAD design, CNC machining, injection moulding, wiring harnesses and custom tooling.

1993
Our First System
Founder John Atkinson builds and supplies Purific’s first lab water system to Grafton hospital in northern NSW.
2002
Purific Mini
A smaller system launches to support lower consumption analysers.
2011
Analytica Ultra
Better ergonomics and reliability, built on close to 20 years in the field.
2012
Working With Buchanans
We start designing and supplying specific parts and products with Buchanans Group.
2021
A Focus Team
Purific is acquired by Buchanans Group and a dedicated focus team is formed.
2022
Analytica 100
We move to a larger factory and launch the Analytica 100, modular and built for growing labs.
2023
Our Own ABN
Purific moves under its own ABN for a long term focus on lab water, with the same management team and directors.
2024
30 Years Running
Our longest continuously running Purific celebrates its 30th anniversary.
2026
Lucid and PIMO
Two big launches for Australian labs: the Lucid benchtop range and PIMO quick-change filters.
