Conditions:

  1. Your Purific system must be on a Complete Cover Service Level Agreement (SLA) contract signed from 1 July 2025.
  2. Purific will attempt to solve the issue over the phone first, if the issue cannot be resolved over the phone Purific will physically attend site.
  3. Purific will attend site within the time frame agreed upon in the SLA.
