- Your Purific system must be on a Complete Cover Service Level Agreement (SLA) contract signed from 1 July 2025.
- Purific will attempt to solve the issue over the phone first, if the issue cannot be resolved over the phone Purific will physically attend site.
- Purific will attend site within the time frame agreed upon in the SLA.
