A shared pretreatment system for laboratories running two or more Analytica 100 or Analytica 100 Pro units. It combines booster pumping, pressure regulation and carbon pretreatment into one platform, so every connected unit starts from the same conditioned, evenly pressured supply.
The Pretreatment Platform is built for laboratories running two or more Analytica 100 or Analytica 100 Pro systems from a shared feed line. Instead of fitting a Carbon Pretreatment Unit (CPU) to every individual system, it consolidates boosting, regulation and pretreatment into one shared platform.
Feed pressure is regulated before it splits to each unit’s RO stage, so one Analytica’s usage never affects the pressure reaching another. A dedicated carbon stage conditions the feed, and a supply manifold then splits it into balanced outlets for each connected unit.
For sites with higher sediment loads, an optional prefiltration housing can be added ahead of the carbon stage. Sites with cleaner mains supply can leave it off and keep the base platform compact.
