Mains Booster Pump & Control

Centralises pressure boosting for every connected Analytica unit, keeping supply consistent even when two or more systems are drawing at once.

Pressure Regulation

Regulates feed pressure before it splits to each unit’s RO stage, so one Analytica’s usage never affects the pressure reaching another.

Carbon Pretreatment & Supply Manifold

A dedicated carbon stage conditions the feed ahead of the manifold, which then splits a single supply into balanced outlets for each Analytica, replacing the need to fit a separate Pretreatment Unit (CPU) to every individual system.

Prefiltration Housing (if Required)

An optional prefiltration housing can be added ahead of the carbon stage for sites with higher sediment loads, protecting carbon media and downstream filters from premature fouling.

Built for laboratories running two or more Analytica 100 or Analytica 100 Pro systems from a shared feed line. Instead of fitting a Carbon Pretreatment Unit to every individual analyser, the Pretreatment Platform consolidates booster, regulation and pretreatment into a single shared system, so each connected unit starts from the same conditioned, evenly pressured supply.

Multi Unit Supply

A single Pretreatment Platform can feed two or more Analytica 100 or Analytica 100 Pro systems, reducing duplicated plumbing and giving every unit the same starting water quality.

Scalable Prefiltration

Add the prefiltration housing only where feed water conditions call for it, keeping the base platform compact for sites with cleaner mains supply.
