The Analytica 100 Pro is an ideal water purification system for growing laboratories that require supply to clinical analysers or multiple points of use around the laboratory. Being reliable and compact, with the capacity to support a whole laboratory, is the focus of the PA-100 Pro.
Great care has gone into the design of this system to enable filter changing and servicing to be as simple and economical as possible, whilst maintaining the highest standard of purity attainable.

One team designs, builds, installs and supports every Purific system. Every system is thoroughly checked and calibrated before commissioning, minimising contamination risk and costly downtime. Use the requirements below to plan power, water, waste and space for your Analytica 100 Pro.
Site requirements
- Power: Two 10 A GPOs to the left of the unit, typically within 1 m and at least 1 m from the floor. Not to be located below the unit.
- Feed water: Potable water within 2 m, via a minimum 15 mm (½″ BSP) non-restricted ball valve with a female connection. Sites with low mains pressure need a mains booster pump, which requires additional space.
- Waste: A tundish within 2 m, on the left or right of the unit, typically 50 mm with a P or S trap. The entry must be no higher than 700 mm from the floor.
- Environment:
- 18 to 32 °C at 0 to 2,000 m above sea level
- 18 to 30 °C above 2,000 m
- Humidity 30 to 85%
- Lab supply connections: ½″, ¾″ or 1″ BSP male, with ball valves on the supply and return for a recirculated ring main. Connections must not impede on the 1350 mm × 2100 mm space requirement for each unit. They’re recommended beside the unit at 500 mm from the floor, or at 2.1 m if located above it.
- Supply tubing: The laboratory designer must specify the materials to meet quality and purity standards. Typical materials are SS 316, Rehau and Aquatherm.
Purific does not specify supply tubing materials. - Supply distance: Up to 50 m.
