Product Features

Clinical Reagent Laboratory Water (CLSI) – Water production rate: up to 100L/hr per unit.
Scalable – The modular system design allows for future units to be added to meet demand as your laboratory grows.
Construction – 3mm Aluminum frame, powder coated for protection and durability.
Pretreatment – 4 Stages, 1 Stage of activated carbon filtration and 3 Stages of micron particulate matter filtration.
Final Filter – 0.2um disposable microporous membrane for removal of all particles and micro-organisms larger than 0.2um. Integrity tested for quality assurance.
ION Exchange Column – Uses virgin high purity mixed bed resin and can be quickly and easily exchanged.
Ring Main Compatible – Analytica 100’s are compatible with recirculated or reticulated supply lines.
Reverse Osmosis Membrane – Accommodates one membrane for up to 100LPH Capacity
Runnings Costs – Because standardised products are used, the cost of the consumables is greatly reduced compared to alternate systems which are ‘locked in’ to manufacturer’s supplies at a much higher cost.
24 Hour Support – Designated service engineers are available 24 hours a day, every day, to provide phone support for when assistance is required, or in the case of a breakdown.
